Post Grad Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine

After qualifying Julia worked in the NHS before travelling to Denmark, Switzerland and Gibraltar. During this time Julia developed a keen interest in sports injuries and on her return set up a Sports Injuries Clinic in Manchester. Throughout this time she continued her physiotherapy education and subsequently progressed to the Post Graduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine.

For many years Julia has worked with many elite athletes and has been to the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne with the England Boxing Team. She has recently retired from the post of physiotherapist with the Wales Rugby League Team, although she continues to be involved with the treatment of junior elite rugby league players.
